The absolute best urgent care I've been to. They fixed up a bad cut I got at work with expertly done stirches and the nurses and doctors are super professional and personable. You can tell they care about their patients.

Mikaela at the front desk left a bad impression. Not friendly. No “hello” or “good morning.” Claimed that I was not on the insurance I presented. She did not bother to call Blue Cross Blue Shield to double check. I had to call the insurance company to call her. The medical staff was great. Thank you Duane and Dorian. Efficient and courteous. But you get two stars for the bad first impression left by the front desk…bad attitude and lack of initiative for the patient.

I was very pleased with the service i received at CareNow Urgent Care. The staff was pleasant and efficient, and i was surprised at how quickly I was seen by the PA. I wil use their services again if a similar situation arises.
