I checked in online. They sent an email confirmation. Then an hour and fifteen minutes later, called to tell me that because of staffing and them being busy, they won't be able to see me today. That wouldn't have been a problem if they hadn't waited for an hour and fifteen minutes before letting me know. I could have been looking for a different clinic during that time.

The Doctor I saw I forget the name but she was so kind and she showed that she truly cared . The staff was very nice.

I do not recommend CARE NOW! Our family has been going to Dr Fisher and Dr Stokes for years! They are excellent doctors and the staff there is friendly, courteous, and very helpful! I received a cut on my leg and had it taken care of by Dr Fisher. I came back in 3 days and it was not looking good so he put me on topical antibiotics. After 3 days, I came back and he removed the stitches and told me to come back in 3 days! Each time I was there I had to fill out on line questions and put pictures of my insurance in, once waiting an hour and a half to see the doctor. Today I tried to fill it out before going and it locked up on my CORRECT email, twice! I went to the clinic and again tried to log in and it locked up on phone number. I informed the desk of the issue again and was told to start over. I left and will not be returning. I called back and was told the information had to be filled out every time!! I tried calling the main office and was directed to a voicemail! Over the years, I have never experienced issues until now! I am disappointed and taken back that there is no other option!
