This is not actually urgent care. I walked in around 4pm with an injury and was told they were booked for the rest of the day with online appointments. Pretty sure the whole point of urgent care is to walk in and get care, urgently. So I had to take my bloody finger elsewhere because people had made reservations for less urgent issues.

Had a very pleasant time here. Fast service and polite service. I had to pay out of pocket for my services because I am from another country and the people who answered the phone and met in person outlined every cost for me so I would come prepared. Would go there again for other needs.

They baited and switched me. I made an appointment the night before and their online portal said I would owe a $75 copay. They charged me an additional $70. This wasn’t for a treatment or tests, just an additional amount. They also billed my insurance for the full amount as well. I was desperate so I could get back to work. Had I known or if they told me when I made the appointment, I would have gone someplace else. They couldn’t even explain why they needed the extra $70. They used my credit card on file and didn’t even get a signature. They are horrible. Update, they called me shortly after this review and let me know that I will get the $70 refunded once my insurance pays. My insurance paid according to the EOB, which didn’t show the additional $70. It’s been over 3 months since my insurance paid and still no refund. Update, 10 months later I got the refund.
