This is the third time Northwell has put the wrong code on a service that I was covered by under my insurance. This last one was a preventative service. I received a $344.55 for my annual paps from the lab nothing extra then what I normally get done. I called my insurance company and they told me I fully covered.My insurance company even called the Drs office as well as the lab to tell them the codes should be changed on two separate calls. The Drs Office Dr Copperman refused to change the code. Northwell are shady and money hungry. I will contact corporate and if I dont get this resolved its 7 fights for you. CROOKS!
