Staff is universally kind, cordial, helpful and by all appearances happy in their work. The facility is beautiful and immaculately kept. A great relief to find yourself and your loved one in such capable and caring surroundings.

This facility is the worst in communication. My mother is in the facility and I cannot get in touch with anyone to see how she is doing or to even speak with my mother. I call and ask to get transferred to the nurse station, which is Unit 1, and I get nothing but transferred back to the security desk or get hung up on or transferred to someone's voicemail. I have been trying since 9am to get in touch with someone and I get nowhere. There is never a nurse or attendant at Unit 1 to answer my call which is very concerning when we are trying to find out what is going with my mother. Then the people at the security desk or front desk treat and act like there is nothing wrong. I will be making a formal complaint about this facility.
