Positive: Close to 490 w/o being able to see or hear 490. Close to Fairport, NY which I visit occasionally. Was happy to have a bathtub. The breakfast was good and I appreciate your attempts to use sturdy paper plates and cups when possible. Negative: Only 1 wastebasket - none in the bathroom. We moved the existing one to the bathroom. When we checked in, I asked about making local phone calls and was told I shouldn't. But when I found my cell wasn't working, I used it anyone with no issue.

Although I find the Holiday Inn hotels so much pricier than others, I am guaranteed to have a clean and comfortable room and treated well by courteous and knowledgeable staff. The complementary breakfast adds the icing to the cake

Great stay! I've stayed here a few times for business and Steve the GM and Jaimie at the front desk are the best. Always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Good breakfast options. Both hot and cold. I'll definitely be back.

Irany Beast

I was not the person staying but a group of friends on 3/19/22. As reported by them and several others, there was a large group of children causing a raucous and disturbing multiple people, banging on gym windows and doors, yelling, basically being complete ****heads. Now, I wouldn't be writing this had something been done about it. However, even after several groups had complained for at least 4 times, nothing had been done about the issue, and if something was done, clearly it wasn't evident or sufficient enough. I have never written a negative review of a hotel, and this would be my first ever. Hope staff attitude and/or response becomes more adequate and sufficient in the future. Service otherwise was great, but as anyone can agree with, it's not an easy task to sleep through undisciplined kids.
