Nice classic motel. Clean and well-maintained, e.g., new AC unit (i.e., no squeaks or rattles) in our unit. At a price that nicely undercuts the chains. Great location, right off NYS Thruway Exit 45. Safe suburban area. Nice owner - we will be back!

Older mom and pop motel. Good price. Very clean. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Fridge and microwave. Cold AC. Convenient location to shopping and dining options. Lots of hiking and waterfalls within 30 minute drive. Basic and older but comfortable. Bring your own pillows. Theirs are flat and hard.

Older motel, nothing too fancy, close to the highway. We needed more beds then most hotels offered for a family of 6+ without spending over $300 on 2 rooms. We chose a room with 3 queen beds, when we got there found out it was actually 2 rooms connected through the bathroom with 2 queens and a pullout couch in one room and 1 queen in the other room. There were not extra sheets or blankets for the pullout so we didn't utilize it. All in all a good place to stop for the night.
