Had to take my car in for hail damage repair. Joe from the Enterprise location in Victor NY gave a courtesy call after hearing from my insurance company. From the start, very professional and helpful. Pick up at repair facility was on time and car pick up was fast and efficient. Well done Enterprise!

My first experience with Enterprise ever. I was in a situation I had never been in before, I had hit a deer and needed a rental while my car was being fixed, and my insurance was paying $30 a day. I made it clear that I was brand new to the whole process yet nothing was explained to me. The staff were nice, sure but I suddenly got a charge on my card for $297.00 about two weeks into having the rental. No phone call, nothing. I called, they were nice and explained what the charge was for but it still seemed that that charge was for way more than it should have been but I just agreed and figured I'd wait until I brought it back and dispute if needed. I also was never made aware of the additional 20% rental tax until I was charged that $297.00 but not surprised about random extra fees as that's how a lot of businesses are run. So my car was done and I called this past Thursday to state I'd be returning the car yesterday, early afternoon. I had it 3 weeks and 2 days. I brought it back to the Canandaigua location rather than the Victor location because it was right down the road from the collision shop that fixed my car, I brought it back a few hours earlier than I had said and Canandaigua said "everything looks good, someone from Victor will be calling you this afternoon to close it all out." Well, it's now the next day and I've heard nothing. No charges or refunds have been made to my card... Was going to call but now they are closed until Monday. I feel like I'm being overcharged and left in the dark and whenever it's settled I'm having my accountant ex husband go through whatever statement they give me to ensure I'm only paying what I'm supposed to because at this point I don't trust Enterprise one bit. And hopefully I never need work on my car and need a rental again because if I do, I'll go anywhere but Enterprise. It all seems very shady. The rental itself, I loved. The way they do business is horrible.

Although my reserved vehicle was not available when I arrived at the location, they had already contacted me and we had arranged for a different vehicle. The manager, Alexandra, was very helpful and got me in and out of the place very quickly. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, gased and ready to go. The return was just as smooth. I will definitely use Enterprise again.

I had a fantastic experience with these guys. I had made my arrangements through National (they share systems I guess), but unfortunately there was a mistake on the pick-up day. But Enterprise was able to accommodate me anyway, and honored the original pricing agreement from national. I had a great car, and great service.
