On Sunday, May 29th 2022 at 11:30am, I went through the Drive-thru, ordered Hummus Toast and a Coolata. The young man who took my order was very friendly and pleasant. My drink was delicious and refreshing. My Hummus Toast was Hummus Bread (not toasted) and was missing the tomatoes on top. I ate it anyway and it was good! The devil is in the details kids!

Super friendly service. Our hot food orders were fresh, and were prepared quickly and were exactly what we wanted. Clean restaurant. Highly recommend stopping here for a snack or refreshing drink.

EDIT: I’m not sure what changed in the past 5 months but great job on the improvement! The drivethru is quicker, employees are really sweet, and the coffee is always perfect! Old review: Dunkin Donuts is fantastic. HOWEVER. This location is the most disorganized and slowest I’ve ever seen. I’m only 10 minutes from my work and I have to leave 30+ minutes early to ensure I’m not late if I want Dunkin. The drivethru is atrocious, you can be sitting in the same spot for 15+ minutes. Even if you go inside to walk-in pickup a mobile order it’s never ready.

Ordered a blueberry muffin and got chocolate chip muffin. They had no croissants so the gave me a bagel sandwich. VERRY BURNT! See the photo. Grounds in our coffee everytime. Its out of desperation that we go there. They need a whole new staff this is the worst dunkin donuts ever. I drive to Farmington to get better quality and service. Pathetic.
