YUMMY HOMEMADE ICE CREAM!!! Warning cheese cake ice cream mixed with thawed strawberries only makes it melt faster!!! The cheese cake ice cream is hard to freeze. Very much like Cobble Stone Creamery BUT unlimited stir-ins, well only limited by size of container. Definitely returning for more.

Went to get some Icecream after a long day of shopping, unfortunately I had a terrible experience! I paid 6 dollars for ONE Icecream and once I got my Icecream it was littlerly melted!! Even if the icecream wasn’t melted, for something as simple as a strawberry the flavor was TERRIBLE!!!!! Icecream beside the point, the service was terrible, and while my friend and I were selecting our flavors the two girls behind the counter were on their phones texting, when I placed my order only one of the girls set her phone down and the other continued to text and when my friend placed her order the girl on her phone only set the phone down after my friend was done ordering and then asked her to repeat her order... I mean really?! My friend had ordered the edible cookie dough and the girl behind the counter said she couldn’t mix it with any other flavor or add any mix-ins! Overall the experience was just terrible and I wouldn’t wasted your time or money here.

My experience here was absolutely awful! The young kid working the counter was rude as soon as we stepped up to the counter. He stood in the same spot while my fiance and I looked at flavors and were deciding what to get- which made us feel awkward and rushed. He wasn't pleasant or helpful at all. When she ordered something with Twix in it, they were out of Twix. When I ordered something with Snickers, they were out of Snickers. I made a comment about them being out of a lot of stuff and the kid argued and said "actually, that's all we're out of" but didn't apologize or care at all that we were disappointed. After we picked our second option and he made it (single scoop in a cup), the ice cream came to the counter completely melted! It literally was not even in solid form anymore. I asked him why it was melted and he explained that once it was mixed on the cold slab with the fudge it melts it down a bit. A BIT?! I could have drank it through a straw. I have had Coldstone's ice cream before and I think I know what to expect. There was something wrong with how he made it or the temperature of the ice cream, but he didn't say that. He made it seem like it was expected and good quality. My fiancé was so turned off by it that she said we just wanted to take one of them (mine) and she didn't want hers anymore. He was so upset by this, and instead of offering her another choice or remaking it without the hot fudge or something, he made a rude face and said "OKAY" and threw it out right in front of us. As far as taste goes, my ice cream tasted fine, aside from it being more of a soupy texture than a creamy one. Such a waste of $5.00. We were excited to get ice cream after a lot day of shopping, and unfortunately our experience here was absolutely awful. We will not be returning again!
