I was greeted by Colin when I brought my Ipad in to have the charging port cleaned. I was informed in the near future I would need to have the charging port replaced. I was not charged for the diagnostic and cleaning and I was given an estimate on replacing the charging port. I was very pleased with their service. Thank you

Easy 5 star. My Samsung Galaxy S10 had issues charging due to a buildup of lint and debris. When my attempts with an air can didn't work, I took it to uBreakiFix and had a working charger port within 5 minutes free of charge (no pun intended). He refused to let me tip on my card, so a 5 star review will have to suffice.

The only reason I didn't rate one star is because the actual repair was done nicely. As for the service, I haven't seen anything this abysmal, and I'm a Chicago sports fan. Dropped my console off for a simple HDMI port repair in early October and had no updates until nearly December, in which I kept getting put on the back burner. I didn't receive my console until the middle of February, and had not been told of all of these delays.

Really great service and understanding people. Rare jem where a company doesn't take advantage of you for more money but go out of the way to assist you. I was only expecting to repair my charger port but my screen was cracked and they understood the situation and worked out a deal. They went out of the way to do extra and got my phone done same day. Dont listen to the sour reviews. People complaining your phone brand and providers will over charge you more I would take the service from here rather than those. Highly recommend!
