Very rude man never helps me in this store. I don’t know his name but every time I go in there and the tall man with short dark hair talks to me he basically tells me he’s not gonna help me because I have a bill issue and basically doesn’t care about his customers. Always like this

Eastview mall in Victor, Bradley was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable!!! Sitched to T-mobile from Sprint, upgraded one phone and I am paying over 50. Less!! Awesome.

Unfortunately no, we are unable to service Metro by T-Mobile devices or accounts. Although we use the same network, the two companies operate separately. If our location is more convenient, consider switching to T-Mobile, we have some great deals on service and devices!
