Melvin Lopez needs an attitude adjustment. Place was empty when I walked in. Melvin is at the counter and I put down my insurance card. He mumbles something, and I asked him to repeat. “Insurance Card and Keys”. 4 words. I pointed to the insurance card on the counter and put my keys down. Without a word he takes them and leaves. A few minutes later he returns with the report, puts it on the counter, and says “$24”. I had it ready, handed it to him, and he just turns around and goes back to the office. Not another word. It wasn’t until I got home to complete my registration that I saw I had failed the inspection. Result is no fault of his, but he should have provided information about service locations to have it addressed.
