Beautiful park with lots of trails and nature with access to the lake. However some trash and cigarettes all over and there are no public restrooms. Beware for snakes in the areas near water on the trail as well!

It's a beautiful very spacious park perfect for hiking while enjoying nature.

This is an amazing place to to go for a walk, ride a bike, take a jog, relax. It's beautiful and well maintained. If you love nature, this is the place. It has many features like a raised walkway over a "swampy" area, lake overview, prairie features, wooded walkway. It's all here.

Nice beach island only accessible by boat or kayak across the way. Amazing trails that are consistently entertaining. I enjoy hiking and this is one of my favorite places to go and enjoy the birds 🐦 trees 🌳 and water 🌊 Generally not a lot of people. Dog friendly. Fun place to geocache

Not open to the public.. This is a private park and they tow vehicles without a valid K sticker.
Yes, it is dog friendly, but they are supposed to remain on leash.
East End Park is a nature preserve located in the eastern part of Kingwood along Lake Houston - which borders the communities of Kingwood, Atascocita and Huffman. The 160 acre park"s walking/biking trails loop around the eastern side of the lake through marsh, forest, woodlands and grassy terrain. Deer, hogs, coyotes, water foul, birds, copperheads and snapping turltles are some common wildlife inhabitants in the area. The park is maintained by the Kingwood Service Association. Playgrounds are nearby at the local elementary schools.
East End Park is not a dog park. It's a nature preserve with trails where you can walk your dog on leash.
Yes.
I don't think so considering professional photography is not even aloud..
The park closes at dusk .
You can keep it, per standard fishing regulations.
If you head down the south trail the water is about a mile and a half down. You park at the East end of Kingwood Dr.
Like have to have a k sticker? No. You don't have to have a k sticker.
No because its a Preserve
Access is only for Kingwood residents and their guests. www.kingwoodserviceassociation.org.
That's a really good question and I honestly have no idea. I'd say probably not because they seem to have a lot of restrictions here I suppose you can look East End Park up online and see what it says but if you did I don't think anyone would bust you. I would make sure your horses are not afraid of dogs because there's tons of people walking their dogs and running and riding bikes. It's classified as a nature preserve though so I bet the answer is probably no. :(
I believe the sign says for resident use only, but no sticker is required. Enjoy!
