Yes. The park is for residents and guests only, but you can park in the gravel all day long as this is a utilities right-of-way. Parking on the street requires a K sticker, and do not enter the private parks or trails. www.kingwoodserviceassociation.org for more info.
It used to be yes but I believe they have taken that restriction down because it's city or county property
