My experience was fatal. I asked for and showed an example of what I wanted and the lady who attended me was rude and indifferent to me. I had no idea what color to pick to achieve the dye I wanted. That is their job to know what shades. to use to give the color that one requests and she rudely asked me what color I wanted after the coloration, she is supposed to know what shades to use on me for the touch that I wanted since she was not helping me I asked her if she could show me the book that brings the example highlight dyes and he told me that he didn't have it at the end he just dechlorinated some highlights and showed me the book at the end when he had said that he didn't have it because he saw me that he didn't know what shade to use next that she bleached it and because since it was already late and she wanted to finish, otherwise she wouldn't have shown it like at first she lied that she didn't have it until now I don't understand why she didn't know what I asked her for. If I start to choose the colors before and after bleaching it would only be playing and damaging my hair because I would not know what shades to use to get the tone I want with the hair that I had in all the salons that I had been to, they said that I wanted to get hold of it in the hair I showed them an example and they taught me and told me what they were going to do to get me and get to the color I wanted those are professionals and they don't deal because of who you are in the end I gave my payment quite generous with a tip for what She is that basically she just bleached some highlights and because she spent time having me there I hope this public message embarrasses them and they don't treat another client with indifference and rudely
