Staff was great. It was my first time being tested, they were great about it. It wasn't comfortable, but it didn't hurt. My husband I were both tested and had our results back quickly.

I made my appointment around 10 am for 1:05 pm. They had lots of times to choose from. I didn't need to get a referral from the doctor's office. I pre-registered online immediately after making the appointment. The Google Maps directions did not bring us to the right destination. It told us to turn left but that brings you into the airport, we needed to take a right which was across the street. We followed all of the signs. It's set up like a garage you drive through. There was one car in front of us and one behind us. It took just a couple minutes of waiting. I know there are multiple ways to test for COVID19, but it seems they just do the nasal swab. Very unpleasant in my opinion but that has nothing to do with the facility! Very speedy, professional and kind. I'm sure they deal with countless people but everyone was friendly and made me feel like an individual and not just another test.

TLDR - good luck getting your results and even if you do, the wait is ridiculous. Please go somewhere else, there are numerous places to go get Covid tests!! There is no way, as far as I can tell, to get your results unless you’re a Northern Light patient. They never gave us the information to set up the patient portal (you need a code) and didn’t give us even a page of paperwork. The support number is no help, they don’t have the code either. My partner is a NL patient, and he was able to get his results. But it took from Monday early morning until Friday at nearly midnight to get the results.

Thats how I got my results today. I got tested yesterday and my results came back on my portal "not detected" which means negative

Just moved no primary care doctor
The did the deep swab for the 3 people in my vehicle.
As of 12/02/2020, their hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm Saturday, and I'm unsure of Sunday. This is what I was told by an employee, and it is possible their hours may change after I write this. I could not find a way to access the hours on their website or on the COVID hotline. Hope that helps!
