Since I became disabled and was not able to make my mortgage payments any more and was compliant with all of my companies wants in my scenario, I moved out of the home under attorney's advisement as to how long my foreclosure process would take, I moved out and I have still owned the home and still do until later this month I have had issues with being able to be at or have someone else be at my own residence because of my adjacent neighbor having issues with people being on my property. I have had to prove my deed, court documents stating this residence is still owned by me and am now having the same problem again, since I sent someone there recently to clean up some of the junk, the neighbor came out very visibly intoxicated shooting off a gun after dark, and making threats, which he did in the past to the point where the person who was going to do this work for me negated! This has caused me undue stress, time, and in the end is going to cost me financially because the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office decides to be partial to my neighbor's stupidity instead of my honesty. In my opinion a person shooting a gun at others after dark while intoxicated should be charged and arrested! But obviously my opinion or honesty speaks for nothing these days.
