Raquel Torres was an absolutely nightmare. She must have had a bad morning, or she hates her job and people. I had 5 pages that needed to be notarized and she told me she can only do 2. However, the last time I was in I was able to do 4. We wasted 30 minutes going back in forth about how many docs she could notarize, but to do the job it’s self it took 6 minutes. Basically she told me, because it was a “free” service I should just be thankful for what I get. Thanks Raquel. Maybe think about another career path because customer service isn’t a good fit.

I was able to make an appointment for Saturday 6/8/22 to open an account for my son, about two hours and it was not possible because the system crashed, JR told me that he would give me an appointment for next Tuesday 8/8/ 22 at 1:09 pm, we came back and when I arrived the bank closed and the phone does not work the phone that they have put on the Website!! Be careful in the hands of whom we leave our money!!.. a chase bank closed during business hours without prior notice!!
