What's the deal with Kroger stores in Kingwood not having small shopping carts available? When I go to either store, I always scour the parking lot to find a small cart. There are never any available in the store cart line. Those huge shopping carts are just to big to maneuver down those tight aisles. I asked about this and the store manager told me that the small carts had been on backorder for 2 years! How can a company as big as Kroger not afford to supply adequate shopping carts in their stores? HEB always has plenty of both sizes of carts. That's why I shop HEB 99% of the time.

I will no longer shop at this Kroger. They never have enough check out lanes. I'm not buying a couple items. Self checkout is for small orders. I always buy at least $100.00 in groceries. Can't use self check and 2 registers open with long lines & huge orders. Kroger used to care about their customers. Obviously, they no longer care ,at all

Bought this yesterday for my wife and I only to open up the packaging and find the meat is already rancid. About 5 days earlier than shown on the label, too. Welp, gotta figure out new dinner plans since the receipt is already thrown out and we live up the road a bit.
