I had an appointment for a vaccine and they totally forgot about me because they were hectic. 4 customers is hectic?!? Waited 45 minutes and still didn’t get my shot or vaccination record back. And now, there is no one here at all. Interesting customer service.

I have to put a star to just put a review .. I’m seriously discussed and mad nobody should ever tell someone they want make it 5 years to get another pneumonia shot omg my mom is 62 and Sara was really rude ! My mom asked how long to the next shot and Sara said oh you want make it till then 🤬🤬🤬🤬 how unprofessional she is not God! She needs to not say that to people very very very rude !

While being down with Covid I was unable to drive to pick up my prescriptions @ the Walgreens at KW/WLH. The pharmacist Sarah took pity on me and delivered my meds after she got off work at 9pm. I can not thank Sarah enough for her help in getting me my meds.i have never heard of a pharmacist doing that for a customer but Sarah did. She went out of her way to make sure I had my medication before she went home. Thank you Sarah for going the extra mile to take care of a customer.🙂

I love this pharmacy and store. The pharmacist are so helpful and will talk to me about any issue I have. Also the store clerks are ready and willing to help find anything I need. Thank you Walgreens for being there for me and my husband.
