Terrible experience with COVID testing. I signed up for COVID test but no one is at the pharmacy at 11:10am for my appointment. Maybe it’s a scam Update on 12/30: I was able to get tested twenty minutes after my appointment time. Make sure you bring a pen because they don’t provide any. It has been over one week since my test, and I haven’t received my test results. I would not recommend using this place as a test center for COVID.

The staff was generally friendly but I would not recommend this location for a covid test. Checked in on time for my appointment then waited forty minutes for the test. It seemed they forgot I was there as I had to call to remind them and they came out immediately when I did. The test itself required writing your name on three different pieces of paper which is fine, but when I asked for a pen I was told "you'll have to find your own." I had come by car and their location is in a strip mall so there were not many options. Finally the test itself was flimsy and felt it would snap while I was using it. If they fixed some of these things I would go again but am not likely to use Kennedy again (for a covid test at least) in the near future.
