I have offered the job with the TCS last year and in the offer letter it was stated the job is remote after doing 2 projects the RMG couldn't find any new projects and I was on the bench for 25 days last week HR called and told me that we have to end your employment because we are not able to find the remote project and when I found out from my past colleague that their remote project but RMG don't want to find. the TCS HR is worst not able to pick up my phone or reply back to my email.

Outside of not getting paid at least once a quarter, its just a company, however the catch is that once you leave.... Good luck on a new job verifying past employment with TCS. They don't answer the phone, respond to messages or faxes. Basically any HR work that goes beyond the bare essentials of daily operations, forget about it. When they wouldn't pay me, HR would take a wk and a half to respond to pleads for answers, just to finally tell me via email that it should be on your next check. Now I have a great job that cant even verify my 2 year stretch of employment with TCS. I've heard the same complaint from two former employees. RIDICULOUS!!!
