Most of the time I have a mediocre experience at Sam Ash considering they hardly have anywhere near the amount of things that Guitar Center carries, but the customer service of the management here is abysmal. I was in an absolute rush after encountering a technical difficulty at a gig I was engineering sound for. I called Sam Ash, because it’s just a couple minutes from my house, and they didn’t have ANY of the things I needed for purchase, nor do they rent equipment anymore because of Covid, while every other business that rents equipment is still actively doing it. This forced me to run to Guitar Center. After one of the cables GC sold me was incompatible with the venue’s mixer, I called Sam Ash, spoke with Pro Audio, told them what I needed and told them my mother who was right across the street would be there within a couple of minutes. It was 10 minutes before closing, so they said be as quick as possible, but that they would package it up for me. Considering I was at the venue, and couldn’t leave, I had to unfortunately send my elderly mother to Sam Ash. She arrived 6 minutes before their listed closing time and they would not open the door for her, nor even acknowledge her after knocking repeatedly. I called them, and with an attitude the manager said “SORRY, we can’t make any more sales, we’re closed.” Here’s the thing. I understand how close I was to the actual closing time, and if I wasn’t in such a dire and unexpected situation I wouldn’t have bothered rushing over there at the last 10 minutes. But when you’re Sam Ash, a company who’s absolutely failing as a music equipment business to it’s competitors Amazon & Guitar Center, the only thing you have to compete on is customer service. You HAVE to knock customer service out of the park. And when you fail to do that, it’s no surprise Sam Ash’s are constantly closing. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars over the last 10 years Sam Ash due to convenience of location alone. Never again. And for the record, in my rush, I went to Guitar Center and they, with 10 minutes before closing, spent actual time with me discussing possibilities and asked if I needed anything else. And that was more than was even necessary.

Sorry I cannot reply in Spanish. They do have some mouthpieces for the clarinet on their website. I cannot say for sure if they have them in the store, but they have a small section with wind instruments and sheet music.
I have observed workers conversing with clients in Spanish. I suggest you call to coordinate a day that this someone who speaks Spanish.
maybe they can put you in touch with someone who is selling what you need
I'm not sure about mouth pieces because of the cleanliness issues involved but they might. They are pretty accommodating when it comes to trying out equipment.
Yes. They got it.
