R-22 is still available along with alternatives of R-22 and we still make these types of repairs where appropriate. In most cases, it's more cost effective to replace the system with R410a. Give me a call and we can discuss this in more detail. - Chris 998-0460

$89 for AC, $89 for Gas Heat. Or, you can join our Club Membership for as little as around $16/month for Gas furnace/AC - that includes 15% discount off repairs, AND an annual maintenance of entire system. So we would come out, do the maintenance on both AC and furnace, and you'd be set for the year with discount off any repairs.
Robert, it could be a number of things but it wouldn't be wise to guess. Give us a call and we will send a trained technician out to evaluate it. He will tell you what's wrong and share with you options to get it back running. The cost for the evaluation is just $79.00. -Chris
Actually the part was covered by the factory warranty but not the freight. It was a heavy blower motor and your parents understood and approved the price to overnight the part. We charged exactly what the shipping company charged us.
