The building is nice. the walkways going to the condos are not kept up very well. The people that work in the office Seem like they have nothing better to do than looking for parking passes in windows of cars.

Had a really nice stay here and am glad we went ahead and paid a little more to stay at this newer complex. We stayed over Summer 2022 and it was the newest complex in the city. We rented through Oceans Luxury Vacations as they had the most units to choose from and good reviews online if you look them up. Aruba is very well maintained and we saw the pool being cleaned almost every morning. The ground are beautiful and there's so much to do nearby. The on-site staff from the HOA is also very friendly and were very kind when asking us to move something from the exterior hallway that was blocking the walkway. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Oceans Luxury Vacations was great to work with as well so look them up! :)

Brian is absolutely correct. We left our second car on the upper deck because it's first come first serve and didn't move it until well after the 4th of July holiday was over. There is public parking across the street and just a short block from the condos. That wouldn't be too bad but we didn't need to use it this time.
I have always received a call back the same day. I'm not sure what's going on with your calls.
