Doug was AMAZING!! He thoroughly checked all components that could have caused the issue, isolating the variables. He explained what he was doing and showed me so that I could learn how my machine worked. He found the problem (sock in the pump line) and fixed it! Doug is PRO and deserves a raise!!

We were pleased with the Sears Appliance Repair service. Replacement of electronic control systems is pricey but considerably less than a new machine. The overall experience was great and we were back doing laundry in a very reasonable time. We would definitely recommend their services!

Did half hearted cleaning of outside AC unit. Never came inside house to check on anything. Gave a quote prior to cleaning that was apparently not correct & ending up charging more than quoted & acted like I should be happy the amount was “pretty close” to what was stated.
