Our rugs were returned pristine, the colors appeared more vibrant, and the repair work was invisible. When picking up our rugs, Nathan spoke knowledgeably about each rug and, at our request, recommended steps we could take to keep the moths at bay. He and his assistant also handled moving the furniture and returning each room to its original state.
