Greg and company are amazing. They respond immediately to calls and emails and fit me as a new customer into their very tight schedule. I had been dealing with another repair company for four months and had not had both the refrigerator and freezer working together in all that time. Greg fixed the mess made when the other company installed a part incorrectly, diagnosed what was causing the problems and fixed it in one visit. Super reasonable rates, too!

After being told from a local appliance shop that we needed a new refrigerator, we called RMH appliance and got a fairly quick response . At a good value and who fixed the refrigerator for a small cost it has worked ever since months and months.

Would not recommend Response to reply: You could’ve given me basic pricing info when I specifically requested it during our initial conversation when I called to set the appointment. Rather, you deflected my clear question; “is there a base rate or are estimates free of charge?” by simply saying that Greg would come out, see what was needed and give me a price that I could then accept or decline. At no point did you mention any amount or the fact that it was non-refundable unless I chose to have the work done, in which case the $85 would go towards the work charges- no work was done or offered however so this was not an option for me, so it indeed felt like an opportunistic charge even considering my “personal circumstances” which are that I am a single mother of two, living as many are right now on unemployment, (you could have remained professional in your reply and not have alluded to personal details that I shared with you as I was trying to find some compassion somewhere amidst your hostility and insults), you could have told me upfront that Greg did not do “vent work” when I described the issue during that first call and we agreed that it was likely a venting issue (dryer heats & tumbles, but does not dry), you could have reimbursed me promptly as Greg was at my house for maybe 15 minutes before stating “Well, I didn’t really do anything but it’s $85 just for me to come out”, rather than harass me with texts and then only agree to do so if and after I deleted my first negative review which I posted after you rudely denied and dismissed me initially, you could have asked your “technician” (husband) to wear a mask when entering customers’ homes during a pandemic rather than putting them in the uncomfortable position of having to confront the issue from a service provider they are reliant on and alone with in their home, and you could have not threatened to sue me yesterday for posting this subsequent review... is that enough?
