The service man Alexander was very responsive and professional and resolve the problem quickly after obtaining the necessary part. Alexander was very conscientious and meticulous in his work, laying things out meticulously all the various parts and photographing his various steps of disassembling and reassembling. I was very assured that the work was being done properly and safely. After watching all that he had to do to disassemble and reassemble the range top I was glad that I hired a professional, because I wouldn’t of had the patience and certainly not all the necessary tools to do this kind of work. Exceedingly happy with Alexander’s work and professionalism.

He did a diagnostic on our fridge/freezer, which kept turning off. It would have been $500 to repair, but he recommended get a new fridge instead since ours is a 2006. I appreciated the honesty! He also gave us suggestions for what type of fridge to buy, and gave us some other maintenance tips for our oven. We will hire him again to clean our dryer vent!
