Ive never been made to feel so petty and pathetic in my life with a food order. I have generally had a good experience other than receiving incorrect drinks which has been a minor inconvenience. Today the way Cindi, the manager spoke to me on the phone was horrendous. Last time I placed an order for my family I was sent the wrong food. Customer service called me up and said they could correct in then or they could add a credit to my order. I accepted the credit and then customer service representative specifically told me to place my order online, and then to call to add the chicken as it will come as a credit. I wrote these instructions down and today i placed an order online and called dominoes to add the chicken. Cindi answered and told me I couldn’t add to the order because the pizza was in the oven. I believe there was a miscommunication and she thought i wanted to add chicken to my pizza. She told me I had a credit and told me we would need to void the order and i would need to reorder to add the credit. I explained that customer service told me to place the order and then call to add the chicken. Cindi became passive as well as irritated, and told me in the future to make the complete order over the phone after accusing me of having an attitude. This was disappointing to hear as this is not who I am, in the grand scheme of things this is not a big deal. I explained that hopefully my order wouldn’t be delivered incorrectly in the future and this shouldn’t be a problem but i failed to see why this was even an issue in the first place? I had a credit for a previous incorrect item and my pizza was already being baked in the oven. Why couldn’t Cindi just add this to my order (even if this meant placing a new order for just the chicken and remove the credit?) overall I honestly don’t see why the call turned so negative but it left me feeling upset. I asked for Cindi’s name and she replied “i already told you at the start of the call.” And proceeded to tell me that she only needed to tell me her name once for security reasons. I was so confused and explained that her name would come up when dominoes prompt me to leave a review. She said she needed to end the call. This will be the last time i place an order with this dominoes location.

I ordered pizza and cheesy bread with sauces. When the driver arrived, he came to the door and admitted he forgot the sauces. Before I could say anything he took off with the hot food. Frustrated, I called the shop and the employee was rude and told me the driver would return. I asked for the manager and both employees were rude and would not give me their name. Although, my address, phone number and credit card information is available to them. I called the next day to speak with the manager, who was indifferent and sounded very young. She didn’t even though the difference between a “franchisee” location or a “company” location. She said since she had not worked that night she can do anything. She also said she couldn’t give out the owner information. Suggested I call corporate, which I did. Spoke with a very nice lady only to get an email almost 10 days ((I called again and left a message during that time). The email said “so sorry, they are independent businesses and to contact the owner. Nothing happened. So, if you are looking for decent customer service, avoid this location. I all wanted was a refund

They've got some great pizza and chicken bacon...yummy! All their food is really good even the Philly steak sandwich. They could run better coupon specials though.

My pizza showed up super quick, and was super fantastic even for gluten free. Driver John was nice enough to bring it up to me and was super friendly. Delicious pizza, great service, you guys are killin it.
