EDIT: 5/31/2022 Wanted post an update. So, for the first generator that needed a coil, he said he couldn't find the part. So no charge and still not running. Today, I understand why he couldn't find the part. It is a Craftsman 3000i generator/inverter. It is serviced by Generac. There are two model numbers. One on the unit, which is all Chris had to go by, seems to be lthe Generac #. A different model # on the owners manual seems to be the Craftsman #. I called Craftsman who said it was serviced by Generac. Called Generac and, finally, have the correct part number. Lastly, it's my understanding Chris had COVID-19 during that time. He did a great job on the second generator. I dropped off a generator over a week ago. Talked with Chris the next day and he said it needed a new coil. Told him I had another generator I wanted repaired as well. He said I could drop.it off Monday morning. Went by the shop on Monday and noone was there. Called Chris and he said he was out getting parts and he wasn't sure when he would return. Asked him to call when he was back at the shop. It's now Saturday afternoon and I still haven't heard from him. Have left two or three messages. Went by on Wednesday and noone was there. Have no idea what's going on with the generator I already left there. I live in my van and need the generator for power. I work remotely. I've spent a small fortune on a motel room waiting for the first generator. Unacceptable!

I was told incorrect information and was over charged for my mower to be returned to me still smoking. Needed new engine and sold me a bill of goods. would not advise anyone going to this shop unless you want to hand your wallet over to them

Mr. Al (Santa), is extremely knowledgeable and helped get my trimmer back up and running fine in a matter of minutes. Then he explained to me the better ways to maintain and prolong the life of my equipment. I will be coming back to see him with any issues I may have with our lawn equipment. I highly recommend anyone who needs repairs, to go see Santa, at his other shop. This is what he does, while the elves are getting the toys ready for Christmas Day. 🎅🏻😃

Santa Al as he likes to be called, claimed to have fixed my lawn mower. Problem not fixed. Took it back a second time. He called to say it was fixed, and scheduled a time for me to pick it up. Low and behold he’s not there. I waited at the shop for 20 minutes. No call, no show. Finally got the mower back after the second “repair” attempt. Mower still demonstrating initial issues, not fixed. Left voicemail to tell him it’s still not working, he has yet to return my call 3 weeks later. $120 later, I’ve been ripped off and mower is still not fixed. Don’t be fooled by his Santa charm, go somewhere else for your repair needs.

No I’m sorry I’m just a repair shop . I will only sale a machine that has been done for a long time. Not something I like doing! My space is full of machines that need to be repaired. Thanks for checking with me! Santa Al
No , I don’t work on riding mowers , I don’t have room in my shop for the bigger machines. I also don’t make house calls (bad knees & spaniel surgery on my neck in August stops me from working low . I can work on the other smaller stuff . Please know I’m really sorry for not answering my phone as I’m getting 50 to 70 calls a day . 🎅🏻Al

Yes but he is backed up so you have to go in person and go to the waiting list
That's what Al is saying, but he's really good at telling you what could be wrong with the equipment right there without touching it, He'll also tell you how to take care of it so it will last a long time for you
