The water line to my refrigerator developed such a bad leak that I was forced to shut off all water to the house to prevent my kitchen from flooding late one night. I looked up emergency appliance repair in my home area and saw Laser Appliance came highly recommended. Now I know why. After leaving a voice mail and a text message, John replied by text even though it was after midnight to let me know he could make a visit an hour before Laser opened in the morning. He later told me he could hear the urgency in my voice on the recording I left and understood how I must feel. True to his word, John arrived on time, completed the work quickly and efficiently and charged a very reasonable price, especially considering how he went out of his way to help me. I could not be more grateful and impressed and will use Laser in the future for all my appliance repair needs.
