Purchased a recliner. Woman who sold it was lovely. Arrived without handle that I requested and had paid for. Can not call any one in this location. Always goes to voicemail and no one calls back. Will never buy another thing from this place. They suck. Tried calling customer care, again 1 hour wait each time and still could not get through. No one calls back. This company has become a joke. Worst customer service I have seen in quite some time. Avoid them.
