The best experience I have ever had at a visionworks! My daughter was taken right in, early, for her appointment. She picked out glasses and the order went super easily and everyone was super nice and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Some of the employees at this location are rude, discourteous, not helpful and are not friendly. I was told I was taking too much time and had to hurry it along. Imagine spending over $1,100 on eyewear and being told to "hurry it up". Totally unprofessional and uncalled for. I guess the employee was in a hurry to get back to whatever she was doing on her cell phone when I walked in for my appointment... I would give this location a minus 10 if I could!

They keep you waiting on the line for hours I don’t like to go through the automatic system because you can’t explain specific things change this 🙄
