Second time we waited over an hour and a half to be seen. We were told they are short staffed. This is clearly an ongoing issue and someone needs to revisit how they schedule appointments. Dr Boyle is an excellent surgeon but clearly there is an excellent surgeon but clearly this office has major administrative issues. We told the front desk we will leave, get a bite to eat and come back and we were told we can’t in case they call us.

Dr cho ıs great but wait on appoıntments are out of limits . My dad had an appt at commack offıce appt was at 11 am ı arrıved there 10:50 and tech took us ın check his vısıon and they put drop then they took us to waıtıng room . As of now we have been ın the waıtıng room 2 hours and 12 minutes . Thıs wıll be our last vısıt to thıs place

My daughter was seen there today. Her eye was pink and I thought perhaps she scraped her eyeball and wanted her to be seen by a specialist. They said she has pink eye and didn’t even give her antibiotic eye drops!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They recommended over the counter drops which arent doing anything. She is in agonizing pain!!!!!!!! Couldn’t even open her eye. Do not go there!!!!! Letting children suffer! And they told my fiancé that they saw a few patients with pink eye today. So they go home with no medication to suffer???!!!!! Terrible! Terrible practice.
