I went to the ER 2 times in 1 weekend a few years ago. First time they sent me home after 7 long hours, and while I’m still in pain saying it’s only stomach inflammation. He's very young and not experienced, although very nice but I don't think he know what he's doing. He told me he would give me a CT scan but instead I got a ultrasound. No blood test. Pain got worse and I was rushed to ER again 36 hours after I was discharged. The EMT happened to be an acquaintance, and he told me specifically to get blood and CT scan to rule out appendicitis. They did CT and blood work immediately and said my appendix ruptured. Thanks to the ER doctor who sent me home. Sent to regular room after surgery and the room is very dirty and dark like a prison with tiny windows. I was later told I got a scarred tube and a ectopic pregnancy, and the ruptured appendix could be a possible reason for it.

Do not come here through ER alone. I had to suffer 18 hours before my mom could be by my side and provide something as simple as water. I came in there 103 fever, severely dehydrated and hadn’t ate anything in 3 days. The nurses would bring me sips of water after I would beg and tell them if I don’t take sips of water I will choke and throw up acid. They would respond “then I am not giving you water it’ll make it worse.” So I would dry heave and cough up acid when begging for water didn’t work. The nurses had a good laugh at how they all forgot to submit my urine that doctors had been waiting for yet not one doctor approached my bed to tell me it was what they were waiting for while all the nurses and a PA lied to me about having submitted it.

N train to 53rd street then B11 to the hospital. N train is at 53rd street x 4th avenue. The hospital is at 55th and 2nd. So it's a bit of a walk but do-able, if you don't want to use the bus.
Around 8$.
Nope
They should have my chart, by Epic systems, any smart phone can be downloaded

Yes, they are. And they are really good
Yes but you need Medicaid .
Yes there are about five miles away
No sir
There's also a parking garage on 55 street opposite the hospital
Online you can apply for a new certificate on the internet .but it will cost you more money .ok
The R train to 53rd St or the N train to 59th St. (The R makes local stops, the N is express).
R train to 53rd street 4th ave Brooklyn

Trains to NYU Lutheran Langone Brooklyn you can take the N express or R local to 59th Street 4th Avenue or you can take the Local R Train to 53rd Street 4th Avenue Brooklyn and walk towards 2nd Avenue. If you're not too sure, please feel free to dial 511 from a phone for directions or you can use the app to the New York City Transit trip planner or online as well. Have a wonderful day
Department of Vital Records can reissue copies of Birth Certificates
5pm.
Parking lots are located between 1st and 2nd Avenues. One is at 55th Street and the other one at 56th Street.
As a paid valet parking lot across the street from the rear entrance it's fine
Go to the Birth Certificate Office maybe it's not too late before they submit it
The closest train to Lutheran Hospital would be the R train to the 53rd Street station
The parking garage is across the street and I believe it costs $8 to park. There is an elevator available to get down from the upper levels, for those who can't use stairs.
It depends on the ward the patient is in. 5th Fl were patients are in serious medicial condition, I believe hours were 24/7
Not the Lutheran Hospital on 2nd Ave and 55th St.
Call Information Desk
Call the sunset park family health center 5610 2nd Avenue

It depends on the dentist you would like to see, if the dentist does then yes else wise no.
Um think so I've seen adolescents here. I can find out for you though. I've checked they don't have one here they come in be seen and usually they would assign a one on one or they would send them to an adolescents facility.
