The staff are extremely slow. Waited 5 hours to get my two fingers checked out. Horrible PLACE!

I want to give a big thank you to CNA Nanthiyattu-A from Tower 8E. One of the best nursing assistants! He is very caring, thorough, attentive, and friendly. Thank you again, I can really see you love what you do and for all your help after my surgery. As for the hospital, I didn’t have a bad experience, the nurses were professional and knowledgeable. The physical therapists were very helpful and understanding. The food was actually really good! And it was quite clean. I know this hospital has a bad reputation but I think it depends on the staff and I only had positive to say about who worked with me. Thank you everyone!

Been coming to this hospital since I was born and never had a bad experience until today.I recently turned 20 so now I had to go to the adult emergency room.Receptionist is soooo rude she’s new first she gets my gender wrong and she’s very rude to incoming patient a nurse had to correct her and take over because she made a patient cry when she was having a panic attack. They only have one nurse on call when I went so it took long. The doctor that saw me not sure if she was a doctor or nurse but she was alright she wasn’t really the nicest but she wasn’t rude either regardless I been in circles at this hospital couldn’t get a answer and now going to a private clinic now! Waste of time

Complete negligence. I brought my 2-year-old son with a fever and no one paid attention to us for more than 1 hour. I was forced to go to another hospital.

They have hookers for men to help them get well
Prob not lazy but severely busy and understaffed so it seems slow and lazy.. Realize that it's a city hospital with a high volume for out patient visits and each one of them will have a pharmacy pickup
Thanks for your question. General visiting hours for inpatient units are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. For behavioral health inpatients, visitors are permitted on the inpatient psychiatric units in the Hammett Pavilion 2 p.m.-3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
Yes you can. Make sure you look for rehabilitation center or you can just walk in to the ER and tell them you want to get detox, they will eventually make the arrangement to send you to rehab. Best of luck!

I don't know about the surgery in this hospital, but I do know about weight loss. Getting weight loss surgery such as liposuction is a quick way to lose bodyfat. However, unless you change your lifestyle, the surgery will only be a temporary solution. Your body adjusts its weight to whatever your diet and level of exercise maintain. If you get liposuction but fail to change your lifestyle by not eating better or exercising, then your body will immediately begin to regain that weight until it reaches the previous weight you had before you had the liposuction. This means that you can end up back at your original weight within a few months of getting the surgery. It is important for EVERYONE to have an active lifestyle that includes regular exercise and a proper diet. Unless you have a valid medical reason for not exercising, there is no excuse for not exercising. Not having enough time is a common reason, but the reality is that almost everyone can make time in their schedule.

Wow. Call tomorrow 7am. Not good.
The q train to sheepshead bay.then the b36bus to ocean parkway.the bus stops right across from hispital.
Call the unit main station where the patient is staying.. For example if in stroke unit tell the operator to transfer your call there or if another floor in tower building transfer there... Simple.

Is this a question? This makes no sense.
Your best train(s) to take are the Coney Island / Brighton Beach bound Q or B train(s) to Sheepshead Bay. The B is better as it is express. Once you're at Sheepshead bay, transfer to the Coney Island bound B36 bus at Ave Z and E15 st and ride it for 5 stops, getting off at Ave Z / Ocean Pkwy. When you get off the bus, you will be 276 feet away from the hospital. You can also get these directions using Google Maps.
They may have an office for you to sign up for Medicare or Medicaid inside the City hospital.
Contact the Volunteer/Patient relations office. They will walk you through the whole process.
There is no dentist in the emergency room. You will see a doctor or PA and be treated for the pain.
Of course they can and will do. Go to ER. If your income isn't to high, you also can apply for very discounted medical care in this hospital
Yes you can
Yes.
Fertility test,?
Have go 8 floor in main building to volunteer office and fill out a application
Sure, call your primary care physician, first u might need a referral from him
You can speak to a financial counselor in room 1N20 of the hospital, they will explain how to apply for insurance and hospital programs to help with medical expenses
Sorry for your loss, Vivian. To order a death certificate visit the following website: https://usvitalrecords.org/new-york/death-certificate.html
We have a plastic surgery department. To make an appointment to come in for a consultation, call 1-844-UR-CONEY.

Yes you can always reschedule
You can make a new appointment
Yes. I think the dental department opens at 8am
Usually 4 per day however with recent construction it's valet parking inside the hospital... Street parking is per nyc meters as usual unless you find a residential street with an open spot around the hospital
There is a detox unit where you can walk in and self admit yourself.. It's in the 3rd floor main building
What you mean by policy info
No
That's because there are no weeekned outpatient clinics... The clinics are open Monday to Friday only from 9am to 4pm
The office is on the first floor when you walk in the entrance all the way to the the end of the hall to the left of the security desk. You could also just call the main number and ask to speak to the patient relations office.
Labs will most likely not give out patient infoike that.. What you should do is contact medical records.. Call the operator and transfer your call to medical records.. As a patient you can access your own records and they can best assist you with giving the information you want.
I think it comes om Tuesdays
Yes
The bill come to mail if not phone them and the will tell you
