No but visiting guests maybe ask to step out while patient or room is being cleaned. If custodial services are being done guests maybe in the way. And it's only for brief periods of time that they ask for your patience while these tasks are being accomplished. The hospital does take Metroplus & you can call the number that google provides listen to the instructions and they will transfer you , you do need a clinic card and the number on the clinic card so you might have to go in person

If you have a clinic appointment, don't arrive 1 hr before it begins, arrive even earlier and get on line in lobby. Rush to the elevators as soon as patients are allowed in. When you get to your assigned clinic, you will get on line again to register.Otherwise, you will be told to go to the e.r., which is much more costly. It's called "healthcare rationing" even for those with insurance.
