It is better to stay at the ER, they bring a person with a heart condition here and let him alone for like 5 hours and no one came.

Lovely building, clean, updated. The line for visiting is a bit long (if you have an appointment you go thru after a quick security check). Be sure to have your vax card (or proof of negative COVID test) and ID, ready--it makes everything quicker for everyone.

Big thank you to Raya the PA on the cardiac recovery floor. She was professional, compassionate, willing to listen and did an excellent job with my mom. Dr. Brogno did her cardiac catheterization surgery and he was wonderful to work with.

Yes
I'm sorry to hear that...but I don't work at the hospital so I'm not sure how that would be handled.
To the best of my knowledge no. The doctors always send pre op prescription to my pharmacist and the same with post op

Valet parking and 164 st ft wash
The Milstein Pavilion has valet parking. Drive into patient drop-off at front of the building and drive to the left side of the driveway. It is your best option. There is also a Columbia parking garage a block and a half away on Fort Washington Avenue. If you will be there for multiple days you can get a parking pass. You get this at the Millstein lobby parking window. It considerably reduces the cost of valet parking. The valet booth closes between 9 and 10 p.m. The easiest way to find information is to call the main number and ask for the admissions department. The people who answer a very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
Many cafeterias within the Washington Heights Location. Ask any security guard or employee for directions. Also a visitors guide is available by location. Ask at the entrance.
No, Its just for security.
I don’t have verifiable research stating that this is the best hospital. New York Presbyterian Hospital is the correct name since two hospitals are joined; NY Hospital-Cornell (East 68th Street), and Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center=NYPH. East side Cornell Hospital is way better in every way.
Yes
Yes. Washington Avenue on 165th Street is a garage. Get your ticket stamped when visiting a patient, you may be eligible for a discount.
The nurses gave a new pair ofglassses to security before my brothers operation, and Security lost them, along with his wallet, when he was sent to cticu will he be compensated?
