Unless you are a resident you can't use the beach and there is also no beach access from the light house. So bottom line is you can't fish from there
You can get to the lighthouse but there is no beach access.
Lighthouse is not open to public. Grounds are open until 6pm most days. Lighthouse is used as village hall and code enforcement office.
