I would HIGHLY recommend calling Crosstown appliance. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, tuned up and tightened handles on my dishwasher and freezer, which I didn't ask them to do and got everything up and running fast! They gave me lots of information on things I could do to help reduce the chance of needing another service call as well. Another time, they were able to fix my double wall oven that another company told me was unfixable and I should throw it away. I will always call Crosstown appliance from now on first.

Very prompt, professional and honest service. Would recommend to everyone needing appliance repair. Booking your appointment online was so simple. Technician came to my house, within two minutes told me what was wrong with my machine and gave me his advice and an estimate to fix. He did not charge for the full service call either which was an amazing surprise!
