I recommended Brinna Appliance Repair to Living Word Church located in Palacios. The guy came out and told them he needed to order parts. He requested and received payment of $1500.00 to order parts. He never returned to complete the job. It has been 5 months. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Stay clear of this company!

THIEVES! In October 2018, I paid Jeff Brinna $869.76 to replace a broken cooktop at my house. I paid in advance because the replacement part was expensive and had to be ordered. Today, one year later, I have not had my cooktop replaced and I cannot get anyone at Brinna appliance to answer months of phone calls, texts, or emails. Clearly they took my $$ and screwed me over. Not trustworthy at all. Will never use again!!!

Absolutely a great service call hit twice now once he was out there the same day the next time I had something break he was out there the next day.both times he let me know what was wrong ordered the part an got my appliance's back an running in a timely manner an was defiantly reasonably priced.he doesn't really answer the phone often it seems but he always calls back in a reasonably good time.usually an hour or two.defiantly will be using him in the future
