After being here 6 minutes he said our washer wasn't repairabl, and that it would cost more then a new one to fix. He took 89 bucks instead of the 109 as a favor! Not once did he write down or tell us what was wrong. Told me tub seal, and struts the first (I don't have a tub seal) Then over the phone he said struts, bearings and the tub was shot. He told the owner something else. The best thing he did was refer us to New to you appliance on 15th and Nova! Tony came right out and fixed our washer for 120, that's parts and labor!! Do not trust Rick or his employees, he did return my 89 buck's but wasn't nice or professional about it! Not one apology. GO SEE TONY AND SKYLAR AT NEW TO YOU FOR HONEST REPAIRS.

We called them on a Monday and they showed up on time on Tuesday, the next day with tools in hand ready to work plus masked up for safety. The tech was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Instead of spending good money chasing a bad appliance he suggested just buying a new refrigerator and told us what brands have the least problems. We went to Appliance Direct told them Rick's sent us and got 10% off of our new purchase. Hats off to Rick's and his wonderful crew!

The repair technician David, was a very knowledgeable friendly guy. He had my washer issues figured out and in working order in no time! Right on time for the ETA and ready to go. I will be going back to these guys for any appliance repair going forward. Thanks Ricks Appliance!!! and thank you David!

As a senior I find it's difficult to find reliable & trustworthy people to do repairs.I was pleasantly surprised & greatful with Rick's service. They were on time, diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator, ordered the part, & then came back to install new part...the techs were polite & knew what had to be done... THANKS RICKS APPLIANCE SERVICE....Already gave your number to two of my friends!!!!
