I had visited this target w my fiancé this afternoon around 4 to 4:30pm today (8/22). Personally I live in Spring Hill and always go to my super target but my fiancé recently moved to Franklin so I went to see him today. We went to this location and we didn’t really know where a product was; neither one of us were really familiar w the store so we went into the store and my fiancé was going to ask an associate where a product was. Just so happen a worker was walking past with a stocking cart (Young man- probably early to mid 20s, 5’8 ish, short brown hair w a trimmed up brown beard), my fiancé went to ask him “Hey is it alright if I ask you a question about…” and the worker blatantly ignored him and gave us a mean look and kept walking. And I personally saw that he didn’t have airpods in or anything, opened eared, so I know he heard him. Like that’s not only extremely rude, but as a customer service associate previously myself, that doesn’t only make you look bad but it also makes the company look bad because the worker has terrible customer service. And I understand that if you’re having a bad day- you’re having a bad day. Everyone has bad days. But don’t take it to work with you. I personally love Target and I don’t know if it’s just a Franklin thing (no offense to people that live in Franklin) but I’ve never had any experience like that in ANY store where the worker just straight up ignores the customer.
