Test drove a vehicle today with a family member whom had all intentions on buying the vehicle but the customer service Hawk provided was subpar and his attitude was horrendous. Before leaving he laid down the rules of test driving. Got it. Then called to see where we are. It wasn’t a call with intentions to check and see if possible buyers were okay but a condescending as if someone would not return with the vehicle. Once we returned informed him of things a mechanic found wrong with vehicle and he was not the least bit of interested in the problems with the vehicle. He was very rude and unprofessional. Even though my family member still wanted the vehicle we chose to walk away due to the service. Maybe he should find a different line of employment.

So I had a recall for my Mazda RX8 and I can say this is my first time ever dealing with a Mazda dealership and I’m really impressed with the level Of customer service I received. Nick my rep was on point with communication. And I ever received a video of the parts that were replaced ( Range Rover never does that ) ! Great job ! Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Waited almost 3 hours for an oil and tire rotation. I didn’t receive the text saying my car is ready. Instead of seeing if I was still waiting, I just sat in the common area. I finally received a text and obviously wasn’t happy when I left. The guys at the counter made snide comments I couldn’t hear because they were lowering their voices. I’m a patient person, but I’ve never had someone not come out and see if I was here. They had checked on literally everyone else. Will be going to the Clarksville location from now on especially after the guys at the counter started making snide comments while I was walking away.
