Plenty of good help. Either in person or online.

I will never buy a car anywhere else! We had a wonderful experience at CarMax with trading in our old car, financing/purchasing a new vehicle for our family! It was a fast and absolutely painless process. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend CarMax to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

If I could give a negative experience I would. Everyone was super friendly to get me in my car. Until things got rushed. I said multiple times I needed gap insurance as I’ve never bought a vehicle without it, and was told I was covered multiple times. By not 1 not 2 but 3 employees some that no longer work there that “I was covered” and that “we already put that in there” “you’re good to go” and now I’m paying out of my pocket. Yeah I should’ve read more fine print. That’s on me. Money isn’t the issue. Employees that don’t read the fine print and lies to your face To get you to sign so they can close is the issue. Lost my money and business for life. Take your money somewhere that will make sure your taken care of.

Do not go here or shop here! All of the best sales people no longer work there because they treat their employees horrible. I have been shopping for a car for the last few weeks visiting this location and I just feel bad for the employees because of the terrible management they are under. And Charlie please allow the better sales people to do their job because you are not any help. Where did all of CarMax of Franklin good sales people go?

They probably wouldn't know about that it sounds like a repair might be needed. You would probably be better off calling a Kia dealer if you just want an answer. If it is something that needs repaired, and you have a warranty through Carmax then I would just go there when you have time. They can't really ignore you when you are there. Good luck! If you have a remote with the lock and unlock your battery might be going dead. You can get a replacement from Walmart. Most key fobs take hearing aid or watch batteries. Just do a Google search for the year, make, and model of your vehicle and key fob battery replacement. When it tells you what battery you need then just put that information in a Walmart search. The battery is usually under 10 bucks.
Just call them and ask service
There is limited staffing some days. If you hang up and call back they will hear it. Service closes at 6pm so if theyre still open and you dont get a response they may be on the other line. Dial a different extension and leave a message for service to call you back.
