There is limited staffing some days. If you hang up and call back they will hear it. Service closes at 6pm so if theyre still open and you dont get a response they may be on the other line. Dial a different extension and leave a message for service to call you back.
Similar experience. Car buying experience was great, getting help with an issue after the fact was terrible; I finally just went up there in person and they were very rude and very abrupt in telling me it wasn't their problem.
I've been trying to get someone to answer the phone for a month now calling 2-3 times a week and holding for a minimum of 30 minutes before hanging up and trying again. Today I have time to hold however long it takes. Up to 1 hour and 18 minutes now!
