The majority of the people I deal with here are so rude and unhelpful. I have even been hung up on. I’m an extremely pleasant and respectful person so it’s baffling to be treated that way for no other reason besides some of these people aren’t grateful for a job and probably hate their life. It just brings you down another level to be treated this way by people who are supposed to help you when you are already going through a rough period in life. Start a program to train people for their jobs and get rid of these people. The county should be ashamed to keep these people employed.

Need better social workers, or more of them, or better training or something. They do not"try" to help you!!

They are too busy playing around with other workers.
All the BLM talk went out the window as soon as the segregationist took office.
I can't help with that question maybe someone else can
YES! THE OFFICE ON FIRE ROAD IN PLEASENT VILLAGE IS OPEAN! THE ARE ONLY TAKING LIMITED NUMBERS AT THIS TIME! FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!!
You have to go in and apply for assistance
You can contact your case worker with your case number. If it’s snap/tanf you can call the number on the back of the card for your balance. Also when you applied they gave you a number you have to sign back in to the website with that number and or call(good luck getting through)and you should be able to check your status.
