Can't get through line always busy

Not only is no one answering the phones EVER, you write letters in, fax letters in, attempt to go in person, email the stupid form online and still I can't get a hold of not even 1 person. The systems hang up on you. No one reply to hand written letters of urgency. No one reply to the emails on line when your done filling out the obnoxious forms. Everything is automated and extremely horrible! If I had a way not to let them collect my money I would because they obviously do not want to give it back when you need it the most. No one takes responsibility for their part in the office. So nothing will get fixed.

Unemployment does not exist Atlantic City office is now in Pleasantville does not help you with your unemployment claim just a job service office I was able to get through on phone around 2 in the afternoon was put on call back list
